The pancakes are huge with so many cool options. Omelet and fries/hash browns were all very good. Bacon cooked perfect in my opinion but look for yourself. Staff were all very friendly and accommodated our group of 10. Definitely a family restaurant/breakfast place vibes but they have a lot of options.

Awesome food, people atmosphere and did I mention Holy Pancakes Batman those things are absolutely huge and the corned beef hash (yum) has to be from scratch not that canned crap. So delicious I completely and utterly suggest this place to anybody and everybody, kids, parents, grandparents... Everyone! You won't be disappointed or hungry when you're done

Tasty breakfast and brunch place with excellent pancakes. Many different batter choices available with choice of toppings. We had coconut batter with blueberry topping. Taste of Hawaii. Also the lemon blueberry batter which had a slight hint of lemon. Ham Benedict had a tasty sauce. All portions were huge and so we had leftovers for next day breakfast. Service was prompt and courteous. Parking was slightly difficult when the restaurant was full

At my work in Sacramento, I met the delightful mother of the owner of these restaurants. She was proud to explain the hoodie she was wearing, advertising her daughters love and joy, where she be Crackin eggs like there was crack in the eggs and Stackin pancakes like a pimp be stackin bread! After surveying the photogenic grub plethora on the website, I took it as a sign to stop in on my way to visit fam in Grant's Pass. I had the Elvis; bacon infused fluffy cakes topped with drizzles of melty peanut butter and hunka hunka hunks of banana love stacked atop, so delicious I didn't need syrup. The sausage and eggs on the side were perfection. The pancakes were so huge I had an entire 2nd breakfast the next day. The waiter was so enthusiastic, no doubt he enjoyed his job. The price was more than reasonable. This joint exceeded expectations, I'll likely stop in again on my way back home. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

Omg! Haven't had this good of breakfast for a long time. Believe me. Try the pancakes. The Smores was so yum. The apple was delish. And even the original with just peanut butter was awesome. We literally can't wait to get back down there to go here. Food awesome. The staff was amazing and on it. Please, please I highly recommend Crackin' Stackin'!

My husband and I love this restaurant for brunch on the weekends. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast and the red white and blue berry pancakes. Tip: they are huge so you can order one and have plenty! My husband ordered the chicken fried steak. All of it was delicious. The servers are always friendly and the coffee is great!

We went to the Medford location after a morning soccer game around 9:45am and were able to be seated with 6 people quickly. It got busy around 10am. Our server, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the veggie omelet, churro French toast, the country (x3), and the garden scramble. Everyone was very happy with their meals. The portions were enough to get full. The prices were appropriate for the quality and amount of food. We definitely would go back if we lived closer!

A great breakfast. They have a wonderful selection of pancakes. They also have a big selection of other breakfast items. I had the Caramel Apple cinnamon pancake, and it was delicious. My friend had the S'more pancakes, which he enjoyed. We arrived around 0730, and there was just a few people but by 0830 the restaurant was almost totally full.
